Children’s Kung Fu

Kids Kung Fu 6 – 12yrs

Our children’s classes develop technical skills and discipline, but with fun and games to stimulate and motivate young people. Our classes have a community focus, where helping each other train, and sharing knowledge is an important part of the Kung fu experience.

Our philosophy with our children’s classes is to make their learning experience fun, but with an understanding of the importance of good manners, respect for themselves and others and achievement through hard work.

The main benefits of children doing Shaolin NPC Kung Fu classes are:

  • Building meaningful friendships
  • Improving social skills and communication
  • Building self-confidence and discipline
  • Improving behavior and how we treat others
  • Providing focus and determination
  • Dealing with Bullying
  • Improving fitness and coordination
  • Developing focus and stamina

Traditional Martial arts training is interactive and friendships are built through the many hours of training together, so our classes are a great way to meet new people and make new friends.

We have a carefully constructed syllabus and class structure where we teach your child.

  • Kung Fu punching and kicking techniques
  • Movement and co-ordination exercises
  • Chinese wrestling and locking techniques
  • Traditional forms and training drills
  • Exercise and strength development
  • Stretching and mobility exercises

Our classes instill many positive attributes and help our children understand that through their own hard work and commitment they can achieve great things

Come along to our children’s classes to get a feel for our positive controlled learning environment. Parents are welcome to observe any class their child participates in.
